The Company: The company are looking to hire a number of successful candidates into their graduate scheme. The role provides an opportunity for ambitious and hardworking graduates to begin a career in recruitment working within one of the most competitive and successful sectors within the industry. The company specialises in executive recruitment into senior and mid-level positions within the energy sector. With the current growth in the energy sector the company are looking to expand their already successful team. As well as engaging and managing pre-existing clients the successful candidate will also be responsible for helping to find new clients. In addition to working in a successful environment with like-minded young professionals the company also offers a highly competitive salary and commission structure as well as regular incentives such as: Company smart phone Lunch clubs Team holidays The successful applicant will ideally have previous B2B sales experience however it is not essential. We are looking for new graduates who have shown drive and motivation to begin a career within the Recruitment industry. Candidates must have a university degree of at least a 2:2 and display excellent communication skills. The ability to handle a fast paced and professional environment is necessary. Successful applicants after the CV vetting stage will receive an unscheduled call from relevant account managers and consultants.
