Accounts Assistant Role Based in Wythenshawe Paying up to £22000 Your new company Ready to kick-start your career in Finance? My client are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy Finance Team. A multi-faceted organisation operating across numerous sites to deliver a wide variety of solutions to clients. This is a great opportunity to hone your skills, combining supported study with practical learning in a fast-paced environment that is anything but mundane. Your new role Duties of the Accounts Assistant will include but not be limited to: Update all UK bank accounts daily on the network to track cash movements, Process weekly supplier and employee payment runs in line with published calendars, Review all monthly bank reconciliations and take action to correct errors in a timely manner, Work with the Invoice Processing team to ensure all Direct Debit payments are matched to invoices in a timely manner and any other ad-hoc duties that are required of you. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience within a finance role, you will need the ability to process high volumes of transactions with speed and accuracy, good organisation skills with effective time management, you will need to be an effective communicator, both verbal and written to peers, clients and senior managers and have Intermediate excel skills.
