The team We're looking for a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our IT contract recruitment division. It's a challenging, fast-moving candidate-driven market to work in and to those ends require consultants with the tenacity and ability to build an extraordinary network. We have the tools to help you do this at a global reach, you just need to take charge and make it happen. The team is highly collaborative and works at pace on projects all over the world. The role • You will be responsible for full 360-degree recruitment activity. You will build strong partner relationships with clients and contractor and develop a strong understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and what they are looking for. • You will generate new business, using your market knowledge, leveraging your network and client relationships, develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients. In addition, you will cross-sell the broader our clients product offering. • You are a specialist in your market, you can offer advice to both clients and candidates. • You will be collaborative and work in a team environment.
