Overview

ETR have been engaged by a leading veterinary group who are looking to secure a Customer Care Manager to join their hardworking team in Bristol on a permanent basis. Please note, you do NOT need previous veterinary experience to be considered for this role. The main purpose of the role of the Customer Care Manager is to ensure that the Customers at this outstanding clinic are given the best care possible. You will ensure that your team of 6 Receptionists are managed and supported well and you will be required to make decisions quickly, fairly and effectively. The main duties of the Customer Care Manager are: Manage a team of 6 receptionists including coaching their professional development To ensure that everyone receives Gold Standard service when they visit Managing communications both internally and externally Overall customer record management Managing the insurance process for the clinic Ensuring that the clinic falls in line with GDPR guidelines General cash management including end of day sales reconciliations Signing in pharmaceutical deliveries Management of reception rota, holiday and sickness cover General administration Monthly 1-2-1s The ideal Customer Care Manager will: Have great attention to detail and accuracy Be a confident communicator Be a real 'people' person Have great planning skills Delegate responsibilities as and when necessary Work well under pressure Have previous management experience with a firm but fair attitude Excellent Customer Service experience The hours of work are an average of 40 hours per week. You will be required to work 1 weekend in 4 and work 1 late shift a week (12PM - 9PM) The other shifts are flexible (7:30AM - 4:30PM, 8:00AM - 5:00PM & 10:00AM - 7:00PM) We are an equal opportunities Recruitment Business and Agency.
