If you're looking for your next permanent role, with the variance of working multiple projects, look no further. More and more cloud and DevOps engineers are looking at opportunities in consultancies, and that is exactly what this is. There's a few things you'll have to bring to the table. Knowledge around AWS, GCP and Azure is a must, we don't expect you to be an expert in all but you should consider yourself handy in one. Experience with migration projects is a benefit. CI/CD pipelines should be second nature to you, alongside the tools to benefit them, Jenkins or Gitlab would be great. Got the knowledge in Ansible and Terraform? Perfect. Kubernetes? You're speaking our language. Docker? You're spoiling us. I'd like to give you a salary range, but I can't. Why? Because only you know what you're worth and the value you can bring. The upside is that we can negotiate that salary package for you. Overall, having the passion to learn new tech and grow as a DevOps Engineer within the organisation is key.
