Overview
Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer required for a well-established manufacturer of Electro mechanical products in the High Wycombe area. The successful Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer will be HNC or higher qualified in a mechanical orientated subject with a fluent understanding of Solidworks. Due to the ongoing success, my client is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer to work alongside the Design team and reporting to the Engineering Manager and Technical Director. This role is suitable for graduates with industry experience or an Electrical Design engineer looking for a new challenge Electrical Design Engineer Position Overview Working closely with Engineering Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of design from concept to contract award to production handover Re-designing the company's range of products to customer specification using Solidworks. Supporting the project management team in working to deadlines Providing support to customers on drawing specifications Liaising closely with the Operations Director to ensure smooth operation of projects Electrical Design Engineer Position Requirements HNC qualified or higher in a mechanical orientated subject desirable Proven background in mechanical / Electrical design Engineering position Experience in PCB schematics layout using PADS Advantageous. Proficient in the use of Solidworks Based in a commutable distance of High Wycombe. Valid UK Driving License.
