MI Systems Analyst - Permanent opportunity based in West Bromwich Salary up to £40k plus excellent benefits Your new company Our client is a well established private sector organisation based in West Bromwich Your new role A new fantastic permanent opportunity has arisen for a MI Systems Analyst to join a team. You'll translate data and user requirements into Functional Requirements, Data Dictionaries, Data Catalogues and Test Plans that can be used by the MIS team for development of Data Warehouse reporting applications. You'll document as-is and to-be business reporting data models and workflows, identifying relevant problems with existing systems and processes and articulate and formulate KPI's, analytics and data insight What you'll need to succeed As the successful MI Systems Analyst you'll have a background in an MI/data environment with experience working with large and complex data systems. You'll also have skills and experience in the following areas: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different types of stakeholders. Experienced in providing data-based evidence to support organisational decision making Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools such as Business Objects, SPSS. Good Skills in SQL, ideally Oracle PL/SQL, and MS-Excel.
