Job Description To undertake a range of administrative duties including: Manage and maintain the ordering of consumables, chemicals, and any other items necessary to support contract/client To understand and complete all work related documentation accuraltely and on time To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures Loading of jobs on our working system's Dealing with the process of distribution regarding bus timetable information To ensure office is kept neat and tidy and complies with H&S requirements To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner Additional Information Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am till 12noon. There maybe times you are asked to stay longer if required.
