Overview
SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent for our client based in Nottingham City Centre. Job Responsibilities Include: - Taking inbound customer service calls - Answering customer queries through our website Live Chat - Identifying product requirements and completing sales transactions in an efficient and timely manner - In addition you will be liaising with colleagues in our 64 stores nationwide regarding spares requirements. - Proactively growing the customer accounts The right candidate will have knowledge raising sales orders, have strong customer service skills, be well organised and be a strong sales person Salary : Basic £18,000 - £19,000 Working hours: 08.30 am - 6.00 pm Monday - Friday If you think you have the relevant experience please apply online now
