We have just gone live with the very first version of our platform, which has been hotly tipped to revolutionise how people buy used cars in the UK. Investor confidence is so high that we've already received £80m in funding, ensuring a long and successful future for those who on board as a Senior Software Engineer. While we are a very collaborative team, you will be driving decision making around the architecture, technology and processes. The tech stack you'll be able to get your hands on includes TypeScript, React, Node and the AWS serverless suite. The Senior Software Engineer will mainly be building brand new features for the platform, getting involved at every stage of the SDLC. We have a team of seasoned Engineers who are truly committed to ensuring we are building the product to the highest of standards. We have world-class coaches who help us drive best engineering practices around delivery, testing, deployment etc. The whole platform was built following best practice Test Driven Development and we need our Senior Software Engineers to be keen advocates. What We Need From a Senior Software Engineer Experience working in a truly full-stack role. You'll need to have experience with a modern JavaScript framework like React, Angular or Vue, and experience with an OO language like Node, Python, Java or .NET. You'll have worked in a modern engineering team and would be familiar with AWS, microservices, and CI/CD.
