You will work pro-actively to support the sales and service teams whilst also ensuring outstanding levels of customer care. Competitive salary Responsibilities; Accurate and timely entering and processing of customer orders Meet order entry SLA's Input clear specifications on IT systems Issue customer order confirmations within agreed timescales Maintain manual or electronic customer records and keep up-to-date and accurate Promptly answer incoming calls in an efficient and courteous manner Provide information as required and ensure that all enquiries are effectively dealt with to a satisfactory conclusion Actively support, follow through sales leads & update the CRM data base daily Support to all other Sales & operational staff Raise purchase orders Quotes - preparation of quotes through generating the technical specification Outbound calling Support sales campaigns as required Service and Repair technical support & following through returns On-site customer technical & service support To deliver updates on internal progress regularly as requested Account Management - ensure customers are satisfactory informed the progress of their orders with daily/weekly updates by telephone or email Update the CRM data base daily Liaise with internal departments i.e. workshop and despatch area to support operations Understand and be aware of KPI targets Analyse reports and manipulate data via excel Key skills and experience required; 2 year's experience working a similar role Intermediate/Advanced user of Excel Ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships Proactive and flexible Excellent verbal and written communication skills Meticulous attention to detail Ability to use initiative Effective team player Commercial acumen Able to support and identify revenue and growth opportunities Positive and enthusiastic attitude Ability to meet strict deadlines Remains calm under pressure MS office proficient This is an exciting opportunity with shortlisting taking place immediately.
