Overview
We are recruiting for a great organisation in the education sector. Their steady and friendly HR department, are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking to step up into an HR Manager role, to support the team and ensure that the HR function runs smoothly throughout the organisation. The ideal candidate will have an impressive HR background at Officer, Advisor or Manager level and will report into the Head of HR. We are more than open to candidates who are looking for this role to be their first step up into an HR Management role. If you come from the education sector, then even better; but we are open to industries. The role is nice and generalist and we are looking for someone who is able to add value and stamp their mark within an HR department. They are looking for someone who is able to develop and implement new policies, provide strong HR advice throughout the organisation and be creative with projects and initiatives they put into place. The role will be managing a small team, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable in a people management role - and will enjoy developing more junior people within the team over time.
