Experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer sought for a Lexcel accredited practice in Kent. This is a rare opportunity for a driven Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join our client’s thriving firm in Bromley. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of conveyancing cases to a high standard, whilst ensuring exceptional levels of client care. Responsibilities • Freehold and leasehold properties • Sales and purchases • New builds • Re-mortgages • Buy to let • Right to buy • Shared ownership • Transfer of equity • Ensuring confidentiality and security • Financial control • Supervising staff • Marketing • Business development • Networking The Candidate • Solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers with at least 6 years’ PQE • Solid experience in residential conveyancing matters gained within a reputable firm • High standards of accuracy and efficiency • Proven experience in business development • Previous experience of leading a team is highly advantageous • Excellent organisational skills • Bespoke communication skills • Commercial acumen and appreciation of financial fundamentals The Firm A renowned firm with multiple accreditations, our client has grown steadily in strength over several years across the South East.
