Overview

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Coordinator who has excellent knowledge of office administrative procedures (Excel experience is essential) to work in a well established company based in Preston . The role will be extremely varied covering all aspects but not limited to the following: Sales ordering Purchase ordering Invoicing Stock checks Using accounts software There will also be a manual aspect to the position within the workshop production which will consist but not be limited to the following: Order processing Packing/ despatch Using basic power tools Stock control Hose assembly As the Sales Coordinator you will be well-organised with the ability to manage your time effectively. You will be excellent at problem solving the tasks at hand and always be looking at ways to streamline and improve processes. You will be highly articulate, an excellent communicator and able to work on your initiative but also as part of a team. Previous experience in working in a fast-paced dispatch environment is desirable but not essential.
