Receptionist / Administrator Our client in Guildford is looking for a Receptionist / Administrator on a temporary basis to start next week. The hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm and there is parking on-site. Job Specification: Excellent presentation. Manage switchboard, forwarding any call to relevant members of staff and taking messages if unavailable. Welcome visitors. Ensure reception and kitchenette area are always neat and tidy. Post: Morning - Distribution, afternoon - prepare/frank post to go out. Organise courier as required. Manage company inbox, calendar, staff whereabouts, meeting room and office equipment bookings- Outlook. Setup meeting rooms with laptop, projector, drinks, sandwiches, as required. Clear-up after use. Ad-hoc duties such as watering plants, descaling kettles and coffee machine, replacing water jug cartridge… Professional and personal Skills: Minimum - Intermediate level in Word, Excel and Outlook Previous reception experience would be a plus but not critical as full training will be provided. Accuracy. Mature approach to work. This is a varied and central role who would suit someone with a strong ability to multitask. Easy-going with a can do attitude.
