We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Programme Manager to join on IT team, in our Hemel Hempstead Head Office. The Programme Manager will be responsible for delivery of a critical multi-funciton transformation programme, and will delivering the technology change component of the Commercial business roadmap through pre-defined time, costs, quality and risk management standards. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the delivery of the programme to ensure pre-defined business benefits against KPI’s are achieved - Demonstrate role model project management technical capabilities - adoption of the toolkit approach, structured techniques, change requests etc - Develop the Delivery process and ensure compliance through quality management, budget management and delivery control within project teams - Contribute to the development of the strategic direction of Commercial Delivery and IT as a whole Key Skills and Experience; - Proven programme management experience with line management responsibility for delivery teams - Previous experience of working within an FMCG, Retail or Manufacturing enviroment - Experience of managing geographically diverse teams, building and maintaining a team spirit and cohesion. - Management of budgets between £2 - £10mil with knowledge of financial processes necessary to manage a multi-project portfolio and understanding of forecasting, depreciation and budgeting principles If this sounds like you, then we’d love to hear from you.
