Service Advisors required for temp ongoing role in Stockton on Tees and Newcastle We are currently recruiting for a large number of Service Advisors and Health Advisors in Stockton on Tees and Newcastle. Working on an ongoing temporary basis, there is a strong chance these roles will be made permanent. The organisation are looking for a mixture of full time and part time staff, who have strong customer service skills and who can start immediately. You must be flexible to work different shift patterns across evenings and weekends, therefore full flexibility is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals to join a brilliant company in a period of growth. Full time hours are 37.5 hours per week, part time hours amount to a minimum of 3 shifts or 16 hours per week. Duties within the role will include: Providing advice and guidance over the phone Dealing with enquiries Logging information Entering data Responding to issues Administration Only those who are happy to work across the shift pattern and who can start as soon as possible will be considered for the role.
