Overview
A new and exciting credit control position has become available to join a busy finance team for my client based in Blackburn.The role will suit someone who enjoys the end to end process of credit control while working in a friendly but challenging environment. Client Details You will be joining a well a well established a successful business based in Blackburn which is part of a larger group. Due to year on year growth they are now looking to expand the current finance team with an additional credit controller. Description The main duties within the Credit Control team are as follows: Proactively chasing outstanding payments by telephone and email Processing payments over the phone by card Resolving customer account and invoice disputes Monitoring customer direct debits and ensuring payment is collect for stopped/cancelled direct debits Maintain accurate and up to information on all ledgers Managing the pre litigation protocol process Profile The successful Credit Controller will have: A background in B2C Credit Control - Essential Excellent customer service skills and query management skills - Essential A proactive and positive attitude - Essential Experience with resolving customer disputes - Essential Good attention to detail - Essential Excellent organisation skills and be a strong team player - Essential Job Offer On offer for the successful candidate is a salary upto £20,000 Bonus 22 days holiday free car parking company pension excellent facilities.
