Overview

I am looking for an Executive Chef for an amazing opportunity for a travelling roles both on yachts and roles in the Middle East. You will work in my Clients Private Residence as well as on their Luxury Yachts, travelling with them around Europe. Yacht experience and appropriate qualifications are a must for this role. The ideal candidate will be happy to travel and work unconventional hours. MUST HAVE YACHT CERTIFICATIONSIF NOT PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. The ideal candidate will Have experience working on luxury yachts, along with the appropriate qualifications Have excellent attention to detail and an eye for presentation Have a passion for cooking and have a creative flair on Italian – Mediterranean cuisine Have excellent Health and Safety, and Hygiene knowledge within a kitchen Be able to work well within a small team and lead by example Have experience with menu development and have excellent organisational skills with a strong ability to plan well Michelin background is a must. Able to work in a formal environment Discretion and reliability is an absolute must for this role. You will need to be fluent in English – both written and spoken. German, French and Italian will be advantageous. Must be able to trial and start ASAP -After travel restrictions are lifted.
