This Primary school is 3 form entry and the successful candidate will be working with and supporting students in Early Years, KS1 and KS2. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to kick-start their career within a supportive 3-form entry school where mentoring and coaching is a big thing The successful Teaching Assistant (TA) has the opportunity to be enrolled onto the school's bespoke direct Teacher Training programme after just one year. This role is a full time position and starting in January 2020. A graduate with a degree graded 2:1 or above, would be ideal for this position or a graduate with previous experience of working closely with children. Experience required could be in a classroom setting, nursery, tutoring, involving sports or charitable work etc. The Teaching Assistant has the opportunity to work on a 1:1 basis as well as working as a general Teaching Assistant.
