Overview
We are looking for a dedicated, experienced Support Worker to join our team on an ongoing flexible basis to work in small residential learning disbailty homes in Telford, Hadley and Wellington. We can offer you a variety of shifts; earlies, lates and nights on a weekly rota provided in advance, based on your availability and you will receive many benefits such as 28 days annual holiday (pro rota), free parking and free update training, to name but a few. As a Support Worker your duties will include: • Working one to one with your service user who will be able bodied with Learning Disabilities • Assisting with meal preparation • Co-ordinating and facilitating activities • Providing assistance / encouragement with personal care • Community access We would love to hear from you if you have recent experience within the care sector and a passion to deliver great care.
