Key Responsibilities: Development of algorithms for data fusion and innovative processing methods. Perform analysis and modelling to demonstrate the effectiveness of algorithms and control mechanisms. Liaise with sensors and communications technical specialist teams to design mechanisms for control of the elements of the Sensor Suite. Work to the system analysis approach, liaising with sensor and communication technical specialist teams. Conduct dynamic systems modelling and simulation of integrated mission / sensor / communications systems. Travel within the UK to meet with our customers and industry partners. Skill and Qualifications: Experience working with track and detection data from RF / EO / IR sensor systems. Background in modelling RF, EO / IR sensor systems and environments. Proficiency in the use of mathematical modelling tools such as MATLAB and Simulink. Ability to work within a team with a high degree of design complexity and significant levels of uncertainty.
