The Role Having undergone significant growth across the business, a newly created role has arisen for a Business Analyst to join the team as they prepare for a large scale digital transformation project. This is an opportunity to develop and define a new business function whilst working with a group of intelligent and ambitious colleagues. Responsibilities will include: Responsible for documenting processes across multiple business units and regions Build key relationships and work closely with senior internal stakeholders to gain an expert understanding of how the business functions across all teams Identify needs for process improvements, streamline processes and break down complex scenarios/concepts succinctly to the leadership team Play a key role in introducing automated processes within the company globally About You In order to hit the ground running and be successful in the Business Analyst role, you will most likely bring the following skills and experience: Previous experience as Business Analyst or Consultant with expertise in documenting and defining processes and a good understanding of as-is and to-be process An effective team-player: you can implement new ideas and gain buy-in from your colleagues across the business Energetic and motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech start-up environment University degree educated essential This job ad was posted by Salt.
