That's why we provide a generous benefits package that includes: * Career progression * Staff incentives * Generous holidays * Refer a friend * Regular social events * Competitive pension The role As a business Analyst you will; * Support analysis and delivery of strategic insurance migration and improvement project * Delivery of change across the division * Support strategy development * Capture business requirements for the purposes of change * Document As-is and create To-Be process maps You will need to be able to communicate with internal colleagues across the schemes and affinities division to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole, work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service, function or product to be provided, communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern and produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary. The person You must have 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services industry. You must have experience in dealing with stake holder management, process mapping and be able to plan and deliver of any small-scale changes.
