Closing Date: Wednesday 8th April 2020 About the role This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Business Analyst (BA) to join Haringey Council's Digital Services. The Portfolio section is responsible for the delivery of digitally enabled change transformation across the Council. You will apply expert knowledge of iterative methods and techniques and work with other Digital Services staff to specify and design end-to-end digital services. You will play a key part in the successful delivery of our projects. You will conduct investigative work to identify service opportunities; and specify effective business solutions; including improvements in information systems, data management, processes and organisations. There is also opportunity to contribute to the development of design standards/methods. About you You will already be experienced in working on projects solving complex business problems, ideally working with different methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile. You will have built up good experience and sound knowledge of a range of business functions and processes that help to inform your work, balancing technical versus business considerations. You will be skilled in using appropriate tools to apply a wide range of business/process/data modelling and analytical techniques within an organisation. You will work with a variety of systems and processes so experience of customer facing and/or back office functions would be helpful. You will have good relationship management skills and be able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and perspectives in different business contexts.
