You will not only be integrated into a highly technical team, but a community that will support you in industry qualifications and on the job training Day to day you will be getting involved with supporting a wide range of IT and different customers (both large and small) from both the office and when necessary on customer sites. You will be involved with IT projects and the management, upkeep and enhancement of internal company systems Required Skills: Microsoft Windows server and client operating systems Experience working with remote access tools Experience working with Active Directory Experience working within a ticket management systems Excellent customer service experience Driving licence The job package includes: 22 days holiday (increasing with service up to a maximum of 30) plus bank holidays Quarterly profit related bonus (after initial 6 month period) Contribution to a Personal Pension scheme Formal and on the job training leading to industry qualifications, eg MCSE Charity and social events To apply to this role please send your CV to ASAP
