This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a key public sector organisation as a Service Desk Analyst based near Gloucester. Client Details My client requires Service Desk Analysts to provide cover and additional capacity, previous 1st line experience is essential though more experienced IT support candidates can be considered. Description The successful Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for: Providing 1st line experience to their user base New laptop/desktop set up Password resets, active directory, group policy Providing excellent customer service Profile The successful Service Desk Analyst will possess: Previous IT support experience is essential Public sector experience would be advantageous Job Offer £100 - £150 per day dependent on experience. This role is inside IR35 and would need to be via PAYE or umbrella.
