Overview
Junior Product Development Scientist, Pharmaceuticals, Cheshire An established Pharmaceutical CDMO in Runcorn are currently looking to add a Junior Product Development Scientist to their team, primarily responsible for developing new pharmaceutical formulations and product development studies using process design principles such at Doe and QBD, this is a great opportunity for a company known to provide robust training along with significant opportunities for professional development. As a Junior Product Development Scientist you will have university level experience with pharmaceutical formulation and process design with a good understanding of process design principles including Design of Experiment and Quality by Design, industry experience is preferred but not essential. Responsibilities Engage in project planning and resource planning, and costing of project activities Ensure full and free communication of project tasks and timelines Design and complete product development studies in accordance with statistically designed experiments using DoE and QBD Escalate and resolve project, manufacturing, and analytical issues in a timely manner Prepare and review of GMP related documentation (Protocols, reports, standard operating procedures, specifications) Requirements BSc or equivalent in a Chemistry related subject is essential A robust understanding of process design principles including DoE and QBD Industry experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential Interviews for this Junior Product Development Scientist position are imminent so please apply now or contact Gareth Gooley at Science Solutions for further information This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89886007
