Overview
This is a Collections Specialist role based in Manchester for a motor finance company that are growing considerably. They have great offices with yearly summer parties in London, overtime opportunities in blocks of 4 hours at a time and excellent public transport routes to the office. This finance company are leaders in technology and are driven by customer service and satisfaction. Your responsibilities - Helping customer with queries, payment plans and managing arrears on motor finance agreements; Achieve set revenue targets and call quality objectives; Handle each call promptly and in the correct manner, updating records accordingly; Input customer related data accurately and efficiently; Take responsibility for resolving disputes, ensuring that caller concerns are actioned correctly, and all parties are notified. We are really keen to speak with anyone who has collections experience in a role as Collections Agent, Senior Collections Agent, Collections Advisor or Collections Assistant. The office is based about a 5 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station in Manchester city centre and they are offering a basic salary of £22,000 plus bonus. The Manchester office is fairly new and therefore there would be lots of opportunity to progress as the teams grow. You would be required to work 1 Saturday a month and work a rota of week 1 - 9-5pm Monday to Friday and week 2 - 12-8pm Monday to Friday.
