Covering a diverse range of sectors including financial services, IT, tech and pharma to name a few there has never been a better time to join this award winning agency With a sought after central London location, outstanding career progression opportunities and a culture like no other this is an opportunity not to be missed THE ROLE As an Account Executive, you will become a key member of the event team providing creative input, project research and working closely with the in-house teams to support on the production of exciting and innovative events. In this role you should expect to: Provide day to day support on a range of creative events Provide input to creative brainstorming sessions Research for proposals, including location research and supplier costings Support in the pitching process Liaise with internal creative and production teams Liaise and negotiate with external suppliers Provide support on logistical plans of events including transport, travel and accommodation Management of events on-site THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role for an event agency. The role will suit a creative individual with the desire to progress in the events sector and who has previous experience in assisting with or managing similar events. Our client is open to varying levels of candidates however you must have a creative flair and be willing to provide ideas to ensure each event has a unique feel. Any production knowledge would be an added benefit but is not essential.
