Overview
Data and Exams Administrator Needed at a School in Redditch Smile Education is currently recruiting for an organised Data and Exams Administrator to start as soon as possible. The Data Office is an integral department and the school are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and previous experience in a similar role. You will be expected to fulfil all data duties including but not limited to inputting data accurately and efficiently on SIMS, produce reports illustrating important school data, provide detailed analysis and evaluation of data, liaise with SLT and Head of Year, produce data reports for individual students or parents to update academic progress, and provide analysis of examination results. For Exams, you will be expected to fulfil aid the Exams Officer with their duties including but not limited to managing invigilators, managing the examination entry processes, keeping up to date with examination changes, preparing timetables and seating plans, managing exam days, and issuing examination certificates. You Will Also • Have previous experience working as a Data Manager or Exams Officer within a school • Have knowledge of general school policies and procedures • Be proficient using SIMS or CMIS • Work effectively with both adults and children Benefits of Working with Smile Education: Feeling underappreciated at your current workplace?
