SALARY: circa. £36,000 per annum Benefits LOCATION: Spilsby, Lincolnshire, East Midlands JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Head of Fundraising & Communications who has inspirational leadership and management skills with the ability to lead, develop and grow the Charity’s fundraising and communications strategy Could you use your great networking, communications, research and fundraising skills to make a real difference and develop income for a successful regional charity? The Charity supports hundreds of adults with Learning Difficulties across Lincolnshire and beyond every week through services including Community and Residential Care, Day Services, a multi-site specialist college, supported employment opportunities and much more. The new role of Head of Fundraising & Communications is required to lead, develop and grow the fundraising and communications strategy, developing income streams that support the opportunities and choice the Charity delivers for their clients and learners. As the Head of Fundraising & Communications, you will be a proactive results-driven individual with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and the confidence and ability to drive the strategy forward. As the Head of Fundraising & Communications, you will have strong experience of inspiring and leading teams and direct experience of community and events fundraising, successfully writing large grant applications, and in developing and leading teams to reach ambitious targets and KPIs. You must also be an innovator with the energy and enthusiasm to bring and drive through strong ideas about how to hit fundraising targets in the current fundraising climate.
