Overview
Recruitment Heroes are working in partnership with a large Domiciliary Care provider located in Aylesbnury to recruit for a Registered Manager to manage and grow the service. As an experienced Registered Manager within Domiciliary Care, you'll offer a wealth of experience and work in accordance to policies and procedures outlined. The Company: They are one of the leading providers of private homecare services. They are completely care led, meaning all of their services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community. A sustainable financially stable company with an excellent reputation. The Person: You will be a personable, positive and passionate candidate who has previously worked within domiciliary care. Ideally you will have experience as a Registered or Care Manager or be a Deputy Manager ready to make that step up. You will have a fantastic understanding of CQC key lines of enquiry. You will have excellent business sense, with a good understanding of policies & procedures and the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area. NVQ level 5 is desirable but not essential.
