That means no ‘ends next Sunday sales. The Role: The Content Traffic and Production Coordinator displays positive behaviours at all times, they are dynamic, passionate and fun with a can do attitude. Job Purpose To support the Senior Content and Production Manager in the coordination of print production and 3d to meet the Sofology vision to make every customer feel at home on a sofa they love. You will have a passion for our product and our customers and be proud about what you do. Administer traffic management systems in support of Senior Content and Production Manager across the creative team as well as external partners. This role is to make sure everything runs smoothly, despite changing business requirements and to ensure the outputs are acknowledged across the business, on time and to budget. Key Responsibilities Day to day resourcing and delivery of high quality content assets on time and to budget Liaising with internal stakeholders, in particular Buying, Merchandising, IT, Operations and the wider Marketing Team. Liaising with external stakeholders. Co-ordinate the production and manage quality control of production across print production, both small and large format in line with the Sofology brand standards. Co-ordinate the resource planning and scheduling, including mapping out pipelines Ensure business requirements are delivered on time and on budget Continually develop process management and improvement Produce output reporting Support the wider creative team with traffic management and workflow of creative work. Manage the creative server files alongside the creative team Able to deliver a friendly and energetic experience Keen eye for detail on production Process driven and operationally strong with a flexible approach Agile - finding solutions, activating and embracing change Give excellent customer service whilst maintaining up to date knowledge of all products Represents the Sofology brand and demonstrate the People Values at all times Able to work independently as well as part of a team Why choose Sofology?
