Overview
Inventory Clerks Required As an inventory clerk you will: · Be based from home · Work using an iPad · Create and update inventories at the start of a tenancy to a detailed and high standard · Compile accurate reports at the end of tenancy · Meet with tenants, landlords, relocation agents and letting agents · Hand over and receive property keys on behalf of the agent/landlord Whether you are an experienced inventory clerk or new to the role we provide full training and support. You must have: · Excellent level English language · A good eye for detail · Reliable transport and full driving licence · A computer/laptop · A form of Sat Navigation for travel We are currently recruiting in the following areas: · Winchester (and surrounding areas) · Salisbury (and surrounding areas) · Romsey (and surrounding areas) · Basingstoke (and surrounding areas) Salary: £15,000 for a minimum of 2 jobs a day, 5 days a week, with earning potential to up to £32,000 if more jobs completed per day If prepared to do 3 Saturdays a month, basic goes up to £16,000 per annum Career path as follows: 1. Year one £15,000 basic 2 appointments per day 5 days per week, every other sat ( days off in week to compensate) 2. Year one £16,000 basic 2 appointments per day, 5 days per week, 3 sats a month ( days off in week to compensate) 3. After 2 years basic salary rises to 16,000 or £17,000 pro rata 4.
