Permanent Warehouse Operatives Required to start ASAP. Location: Wirksworth, Derbyshire Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30 Salary: £22,000 per annum Type of contract: Permanent Are you looking for a permanent role within a warehouse environment? The client is based in Wirksworth and they are looking to expand their team within a warehouse. They are looking for a right candidate to join their an already existing friendly and hard-working team. This role will involve general Warehouse Operative duties; however you will be required to work within different areas of the warehouse, therefore a right candidate must have an ability to easily adapt to different roles and duties. In addition to this, this is an excellent opportunity as every day won't be the same Requirements: At least 2 years of Warehouse/Logistics Experience Full UK Driving License and own transport (preferred) Previous experience on operating Counterbalance and Reach Truck (preferred) Ability to do heavy manual lifting Previous experience in using Booking systems (ERP) (essential) IT Literate Stock Control Ability to work as part of a team and independently Key duties: You will not always be working in the same location of the warehouse as there are constant demands in different areas which will involve: Picking/Packing/Kitting Carrying out stock takes Loading/Unloading Operating Forklift Truck Project work General cleaning of the warehouse Stock rotations Operating booking systems The commute: Due to the location of the site you would require your own transport and FULL UK Driving License.
