JustPhysio is looking for an MSK Physiotherapist to work with their client in Derbyshire Band 6 MSK Salary up to £30k Start ASAP Based in Derbyshire Our lovely client is looking for an MSK PHysiotherapist to join their team. Your main role will be to support the Spa Manager in all aspects of the development and delivery of physiotherapy led health spa, through operational excellence and exceptional professional guest service. Working in a Hotel/Spa environment you will be required to - Provide a 5-star experience to every guest and patient Ensure that all guests/patients receive an efficient, professional and a quality service during their treatment Deliver a level of service which exceeds all guest/patients' expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently thorough manner and in the time allocated Adapt treatments in any way necessary in order to accommodate every guest/ patient's needs Offer advice to guests/patients on the range of treatments and products available, and home care routines Utilise the facilities available to provide the best care to our guests and patients Assist with special promotions, as required, taking every opportunity to upsell Maintain accurate consultation records for all guests/ patients. Engage effectively with guests and patients. To deal with all guest/patient's comments or complaints and to pass these on to your Manager in exceptional circumstances To ensure that all potential opportunities are maximised Provide expert care holistically in a new and exciting environment, the Professional demeanour with a 'can- do' attitude To work independently, but integrate well within the team Ability to multi-task and maintain a flexible and organised approach Responsible for Ensuring on-going monitoring of the standard of treatment provided throughout the department You will be required to work collaboratively with other professionals within the department referring patients and guests as required You will be an excellent communicator, demonstrating clarity to enhance patient and guest experience Demonstrate effective time management and organisational skills during management of own workload and to be able to adapt to an unpredictable work pattern daily You will be a key role in helping our patients and guests achieve, maintain and recover to the level of health and wellbeing that they aspire to. Treating a wide range of guests and patients with a vast variety of conditions from sports to workplace related injuries, muscular imbalances and general wellbeing .ndependently prepare reports for patients, case managers or solicitors if required .
