Reporting directly into the Site Technical Manager, our ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running with extensive food factory experience and a solid track record of working collaboratively with the Technical team to drive performance in a fast-paced business. We seek a true people manager, a strong, resilient and determind individual to lead the Technical staff and create an empowering culture. Upbeat and cheerful, you will be extremely proactive, have strong leadership skills and be able to demonstrate the ability of working collaboratively across the business.
