Staffing Match is working in partnership with a leading retail supermarket based in Middleton - M24 New site new opportunities KEY WORKER STATUS WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER BASED IN MIDDLETON- M24 PAY £10.50 PH MON- FRI (OVERTIME AVAILABLE) AM OR PM SHIFTS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATE STARTS About the role: Support the Warehouse Manager in ensuring that all warehouse colleagues are kept up to date with site targets, performance and initiatives and fully understand how they can contribute to the team's success. Supervision and control of the order picking/goods in/ goods out operations to ensure their accuracy with the minimum of handling damage. To ensure that the team are working in line with all company policies and procedures Ensure all admin and control processes are rigorously adhered to in order to maintain security of stock, vehicles, equipment and premises. To support the Warehouse Management Team to lead, motivate and inspire the warehouse team - develop a culture of open and continuous communication. Job Requirements: Experience leading production, process or warehouse teams Previous experience of working within a fast-paced warehouse environment Clear, confident verbal communicator Ability to allocate work and motivate team members Treat everyone with honesty, respect and dignity Problem solving abilities and logical thinking.
