Front Line Manager / Shift Manager/ Production Manager Shifts: We offer fixed shifts which icould be one of the following: 7am-3pm, 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am Salary: Competitve Are you nuts about great food production? Can you get the best out of a team? If you’re experienced Food Production or Shift Manager you could be just the person to join our New Nut Hall. Working Monday to Friday (Sunday to Thursday- Nights), you’ll be responsible for performance, productivity and people. You’ll oversee 7 production lines – and in case you’re wondering about the products your team will pack, we work with pretty much every tree nut you can think of As you know, in food production core objectives are focused around the KPI’s that feed into the balance scorecard. They'll matter to you, as more than just a tick-box – your drive to deliver will keep your SIC board green We’re a hands on company, so there’s no hiding behind a desk here – you’ll be out on the factory floor, mentoring and coaching your teams. However, we want to develop you too, so you’ll be set projects to work on – often focused across the wider site; continuous improvement, waste reduction and with our new factory, which is being built on site, we’ll give you plenty of chances to play a role in our future, because we want it to be your future too.
