Greatwell Homes is a provider of affordable housing and support services in the East Midlands. About the role We have established our own in-house Repairs Team and we're looking for a motivated individual to join our team! The Voids Supervisor will take responsibility for the following the day-to-day management of the team, void and cyclical maintenance function. What we are looking for * Experience of managing operatives in various trade environments. * The ability and technical skills schedule and specify works to comply with internal policy and EU Compliance. * A customer focused attitude to deliver a high quality service to our customers across our housing stock. * A flexible approach and should be able to work well on their own and as part of a team. * Good IT skills including the ability to use mobile technology and bespoke systems. Due to the nature of this role, you must hold a valid UK driving licence.
