Trials Manager Location: Bristol Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 plus company benefits Our client, a leading Defence Supply Chain business, are looking to recruit a project manager who has experience running and managing Trials in the defence sector. Working on one of the largest logistics contracts in the UK, the role requires someone who has a Defence or Military background, has excellent stakeholder engagement skills and is able to develop, manage and deliver the trials programme across the range of product areas. Roles & Responsibilities: Management and execution of the trial's requirement across all commodity areas Producing project plans, directives and reports. Collecting, recording, analysing and interpreting data. Observing trials in the UK and overseas. Making presentations to a variety of audiences. Managing relationships with and expectations of various stakeholders within the MoD. Skills: Previous experience of managing trials in a military environment and a good understanding of the three-armed services Demonstrable understanding of project management techniques. Good verbal communication skills and the ability to write clearly and succinctly. Proven ability to influence and organise and lead multiple stakeholders. Ability to interpret numerical data. Highly motivated with high attention to detail.
