Overview
Support Workers and Senior Support Workers required to join a well established social care organisation, specifically to work in their specialist Learning Disability residential homes, based between Preston and Leyland in Lancashire You will offer support to Adults who have mild, moderate and severe autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex learning support needs. Day and Waking Night opportunities available and we will consider both Full and Part Time applicants Responsibilities To deliver the best possible outcomes for the adults in your care, within a caring, homely environment. To work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the home is managed efficiently, meeting CQC standards. Salary and Hours £8.75 p/h (support workers) £9.24 p/h (Senior Support Workers) Shifts are a mixture of 7.30am - 4pm, 3.30pm - 10pm (days) and 9.45pm - 8am (Nights) Requirements Experience working in Adults Residential services is not essential - we will accept applicants from support workers who have experience with Young People with challenging behaviours as extensive training is given for these roles.
