Service Desk Analyst, Customer Support, 1st Line Support We would be open to considering a flexible work pattern WPM Education is helping the further and higher education sectors rethink and transform the way they accept payments. Through unique sector knowledge and close collaboration, we can help institutions work smarter whilst delivering a better payment experience. We are looking for someone dedicated to exceptional customer support who has a proven track record in this area. The ideal candidate will also have analytical and communication strengths including discipline and focus. Outcomes Assessing client queries and requests and efficiently responding or escalating Ensuring that calls are logged accurately and resolved within agreed SLAs Sharing knowledge and solutions with the team and customers Proactively recognising the needs of the customer; for example additional training requirements Competent in the use of web applications and browsers A confident a capable communicator across various channels Ability to build relationships and a keen desire to see customers succeed Analysing best practice and making recommendations for improvement Full support and training will be provided, but prior experience supporting software or financial systems would be an advantage.
