The successful individual will take ownership of finding skilled technical applicants as per set requirements to represent our firm on assignments throughout the UK. Additionally, the internal recruiter will handle the search for in-house employees. This position reports directly to the Recruitment Manager. Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Internal Recruiter) Developing the recruitment strategy with the Recruitment Manager. This may include job posting optimisation, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning,etc. Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles) Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within TheAppExperts by screeningCVsand interviewing candidates to evaluate their credentials, including availability, interest level, citizenship status, salary range, relocation needs, experience, education, skills and fit within the company Identify future talent needs andproactivelyrecruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool through social engagements Assist with managing the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment, negotiating compensation so as to maximise profit margins for the company Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialised or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs Manage and guide development of corporate employment resources Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and negotiate favourable terms of business and rates for viability of recruitment Requirements of a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Internal Recruiter) Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline (Business & IT degrees beneficial) 1-3 years of experience in corporate recruitment efforts, with a preference for the IT industry Experience in developing, aligning and executing recruiting strategy to meet recruiting initiatives and organisational needs Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment Strong skills in organising resources and information and building relationships for results Proactive approach to work with a"Geton withit"attitude Reliability and sensitivity when dealing with candidates and their personal details Entrepreneurial attitude with strong sense of"Ownership" Excellent verbal and written communications skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: £25,000.00 to £30,000.00 /year OTEs
