Overview
We are delighted to offer this fantastic opportunity working for a well-known worldwide technology company who are seeking night time Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join their team, on a full-time temp to perm basis. We are seeking customer service driven individuals with excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner, who will act as the first point of contact for customers who need technical advice with their devices. The role will see you answering inbound calls, replying to queries on social media and emails from existing and potential customers. You will be dealing with enquiries in a prompt and polite manner, whilst developing and maintaining positive customer relationships and delivering a first-class customer service experience at all times. Key Responsibilities Handling all inbound telephone enquiries Handling email and social media queries Ensure that all calls monitored are on target Additional administration duties as required Hours: Mon-Sunday 11pm-7am (5 nights a week) The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience either within retail, hospitality or a call centre setting, who understands what makes excellent customer service. You have strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with an excellent telephone manner and ability to keep calm under pressure. Please contact Tamar ASAP
