Help desk/ Administrator Temporary to Permanent (3-6 months temporary) Southwark, London 40 Hors per week/ 9am-5pm £27,000 per annum We are looking for an Administrator/Technical Clerk in the Southwark area to start work for one of our clients on a 3-6 month contract which could go permanent to the right candidate. Our client is a leading energy and services company focused on three key activities: production and supply of energy, services and regeneration. They are currently looking for a temporary to permanent Administrator/Technical Clerk to join their team based in Southwark, London. This role will be supporting and working with our client and will require a dynamic & forward thinker to take management responsibility for the efficient delivery of multiple soft services across the contract, driving excellent customer service. Through the management of your direct reports you will be ensuring that the day to day delivery of the service is maintained as per our agreed contract specification and scope. General Overview: Experience and good knowledge of Concept Evolution CAFM System. Experience with Mobbies CAFM systems is beneficial. Exceptional verbal communication skills. Exceptional written communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 especially MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Solid problem-solving skills. Provide backup to the Helpdesk / Receptionist role by professionally administering all incoming calls, directing the caller to the appropriate associate, and providing callers with appropriate information such as directions, phone numbers, website and other related information. Will greet and direct visitors to the company in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner while serving in the backup role. Operate computer terminal to log ordering and receiving and to retrieve and enter data in general. Performs a variety of clerical duties, such as sorting and filing correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts or other records. Perform a variety of clerical duties such as typing, copying & compiling data, maintaining & filing records and reports, and handling paperwork. Provide assistance with basic tasks where requested and perform other related support duties such as shipping, inspecting, entering orders, inventory counts, etc Prepare, issue, and send out packaging slips, mail, invoices, bills, receipts, etc related to business activities. Maintain office filing and storage systems paper based and soft formats. Maintains files, posting records, compiling statistical data, making and checking calculations, preparing and sorting mail, proofreading, completing forms and checking for accuracy, answering telephones and simple typing. Will work in one or more of the following functions: purchasing, material control, engineering support, human resources, marketing, manufacturing, or other areas. Performs drafting-related functions, drafts and letters both on hard copy and in the computer mapping system. Carry out related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating. Perform errands that assist daily engineering and project management functions.
