Overview
Seeking a Business Travel Consultant for a well-established TMC based in Surrey area - this role can be working from home if you can get into the office This is an exciting opportunity if you have previous Business Travel experience as a highly successful Travel Management Company are looking for a Business Travel Consultant to be responsible for making travel arrangements for their clients. A background arranging Business Travel is highly desirable as you will need to have strong knowledge of airlines, airlines and flight routings to be able to confidently advise and arrange all aspects of travel for your client. If you have existing clients and contacts that you could bring with you, or a pipeline this is a priority for this role. Business Travel Consultant Responsibilities: Relationship management in supporting key relationships with internal customers to understand requirements as well as external suppliers Complete arrangement of travel requirements including flights, hotels, rail, car hire and transfers Always provide outstanding customer service Maintain administration standards and data records accurately and effectively Business Travel Consultant Requirements: Proven background working in Business Travel or arranging Corporate Travel using a GDS Must be skilled in either Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus Proven ability of delivering excellent customer service Excellent telephone manner and proven ability to build rapport with customers Pipeline of clients to bring with you If successful you will be awarded a salary of up to £35k (depending on experience) Monday - Friday hours - plus an uncapped OTE around £100k for top earners This is a great opportunity for someone working in Business Travel who would like to join a leading Travel Management Company so please do click to apply or speak to Shannon at C&M Travel Recruitment for more information Don't keep a good thing to yourself We grow our business through referrals, so please don't keep us to yourself.
