Holland House Electrical has 23 branches covering Scotland and the North of England. We are one of the oldest established electrical distributors in the UK. The Company employs 140 members of staff and has a turnover of approximately £20million. We are recruiting now for a Branch Manager at our Kilmarnock branch . We would require the candidate to: Effectively manage the branch staff and P&L account to meet financial targets. Actively increase sales, customer numbers and create opportunities for new, lapsed and existing customers Ability to make competent commercial decisions within a fast-moving environment The ideal candidate will possess an extensive knowledge and network of electrical suppliers and contractors and managing high profile customer accounts for both new and existing business. You will need comprehensive knowledge and understanding of wholesale and distribution of electrical products in all areas.
