Overview
Award-winning Springfield Properties Plc have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our growing Civils team, working on developments across the North of Scotland. Playing an integral role in delivering private and partnership housing you'll learn about building methods and materials, including how to set out for groundworks (including kerb-laying and paving as well as drainage, laying and testing). You’ll also learn about concrete from the testing of fresh concrete to laying and finishing. Owing to the nature of the work, it is essential that applicants have a good level of physical fitness and have passed (as a minimum) National 4 or equivalent in English and Maths. Experience on a building site would be advantageous.
